License Activation
An FF1 license governs the node count, forward-rule count, and validity period. The License Key is activated in the console, and Master periodically verifies with the license center; quotas follow the plan details.
Get a License Key
Section titled “Get a License Key”- Choose a plan on the pricing page and register / sign in
- Claim the Community edition (free), or after payment succeeds, find your License Key in the account center
- The Community edition is free, with platform capabilities identical to the paid tiers — only the quota is smaller
Activate in the console
Section titled “Activate in the console”- Sign in to the Master console → Settings → License
- Paste the License Key and save
- It takes effect once Master passes verification with the license center; the page then shows the plan, quota usage, and expiry date
After activation, the license state is stored locally on Master and re-verified periodically; no environment variables are needed.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”- The Settings page shows the current plan, node / forward-rule usage, and expiry date
- New nodes and forward rules can be added normally while within quota
When the license expires or a quota is exceeded, the console shows a clear warning; already-connected nodes keep running, but new resources are blocked.
- A single License Key should be bound to only one production Master at a time; unbind on the original Master before migrating, or contact support
- If you see an ownership mismatch after changing servers / domains, contact support to migrate the binding
- Do not expose your License Key (screenshots, group chats, etc.)
Q: What if the Community edition quota is not enough? A: Purchase a higher tier on the pricing page and update the License Key — no reinstall needed.
Q: How is the node count calculated?
A: Nodes registered and not deleted in the console count toward the servers_cont quota; the number of forward rules counts toward forward_count.
Q: Does the Key change after renewal? A: A new Key may be issued or the original may be extended — check the account center; after an update, re-save it on the Settings page.
