Renewal and upgrades
Renew or upgrade before expiry to avoid interruption of management features; after updating, the Master automatically recognizes the new quota.
Renewal
Section titled “Renewal”- Sign in to the account center → license list, select the plan about to expire
- Click Renew, confirm the amount and payment method
- After successful payment, the expiry date is extended
- If a new Key is issued: paste and save it again in the Master console → Settings → License
Plan upgrade
Section titled “Plan upgrade”| Path | Notes |
|---|---|
| Lower tier → higher tier | Choose “Upgrade” in the account center, pay the difference or buy a higher tier |
| Community → paid | Buy a higher tier on the pricing page when the quota is insufficient |
After upgrading, the node count (servers_cont) and forward rule count (forward_count) quotas increase accordingly; see Plans. If already-created resources exceed the new quota, clean them up first.
No need to reinstall Master
Section titled “No need to reinstall Master”Renewal and upgrades do not require reinstalling Master or migrating data:
- Same machine: if the Key changes, just save it again on the console settings page
- New machine: install Master on the new server and bind the same Key (unbind on the original machine first, or contact support)
- We recommend renewing 7 days before expiry
- Deployed nodes and delivered configs are not auto-deleted on expiry, but creating new resources is blocked
Q: Still shows “expiring soon” after renewal? A: Confirm the console has saved the latest Key; check the server’s time via NTP.
Q: Can I downgrade? A: Contact support; ensure your current node count and forward rule count do not exceed the target tier.
