Purchase and payment
Pick a plan on the pricing page and pay. Once you have your License Key, activate it in the console to start using FF1. See License activation.
Purchase flow
Section titled “Purchase flow”- Open the pricing page and compare against Plans
- Click Buy on the target plan (or claim the free Community edition)
- Register or sign in to the account center
- Confirm the plan, amount and payment method on the checkout page
- After successful payment, find your License Key in the license list of the account center
- Sign in to the Master console → Settings → License, paste the Key and activate
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”As shown on the actual checkout page (commonly Alipay, WeChat, USDT, etc.). Payment usually activates automatically with no manual review.
Capabilities are identical across tiers; the differences are node count (servers_cont), forward rule count (forward_count) and term. The latest figures are on the pricing page; see Plans for details.
- The License Key is sensitive; keep it to yourself only
- One Key should be bound to only one production Master at a time
- Complete renewal before a paid tier expires to avoid interruption of management features
Q: Payment succeeded but I don’t see a Key? A: Refresh the license list in the account center; if it’s still missing, contact support with your order number.
Q: Can I get a refund for the wrong plan? A: You can request one if it’s unactivated or eligible under the refund policy; plans already bound to production generally aren’t fully refundable, subject to the after-sales terms.
Q: Does the Community edition require a card? A: No, just register to claim the free Community edition.
